Learning and Development
One of the best ways we reward and recognize outstanding performance is by continually supporting employee growth and development. The Learning and Development (L&D) Team within the Office of State Personnel is dedicated to providing a variety of courses and curriculum for the various stages of an employee's career.
The programs offered by OSP are targeted to multiple levels of public sector managers, supervisors, administrative support specialists, HR professionals as well as individual contributors who want to increase their knowledge and improve their skills to become more effective in their roles. In addition to training, L&D staff provide services such as facilitation, needs assessment and organization development.
We are excited to have the opportunity to continually offer programs that meet the evolving needs of the workforce of the State of North Carolina and hope you will actively participate in the learning experience.
