Guide To Training
The Learning & Development Division (L&D), Office of State Personnel, is pleased to announce its Training Courses for January, 2013 - June, 2013. These courses are targeted to public sector managers, supervisors, administrative support specialists, Human Resources professionals and employees who want increased knowledge and improved skills to become more productive and effective.
The L&D staff is also available to design and deliver "in-house" workshops to meet an agency's specific needs. In addition to training, L&D staff provides services such as facilitation, needs assessment, organizational development and course design consultation/customization.
