The primary purpose of the Office of State Personnel (OSP) is to establish and maintain a system of human resources administration under the direction of the Governor, which is based on accepted and successful principles of human resources administration used in government and industry.

Our Office provides leadership and supports agencies and universities in creating and sustaining dynamic human resource systems to attract, retain, develop, and motivate a diverse and competent workforce.
