The State Employees' Assistance Program is a confidential service of North Carolina State Government designed to assist state government employees and their immediate family members resolve personal problems before they disrupt personal or work life. We provide professional assessment and referral services to assist employees in developing problem resolution strategies and linking employees to community resources. We additionally provide management consultation services to supervisors and managers, and technical assistance to state agencies and universities. We are a service provided to you by the Office of State Personnel.
