Longevity
Pay recognizes long-term service of employees who have worked at least
10 years with State government. The percentage increases as length
of service increases (from 1.5% to 4.5%)

Teleworking
Telework site |
This arrangement brings the work to the worker. Often it is not a full work week, but a few days where the employee can work without the interruptions of the office. Teleworking a few days each week has proven to increase productivity in many instances.
