In its continuing efforts to assist active and retired employees of the state, the NC Office of State Personnel developed this life planning program. It is hoped this program will help employees feel motivated to learn more about their employment and retirement benefits and more effectively securing their future and the future of their families.

The introductory video introduces the concept of the 5 "bank accounts" important to effective life planning: financial, housing, health, social, and personal. You can find links to each account above. Having adequate resources in each account is critical to a successful life plan.
