Target Audience: Managerial and Supervisory Staff; HR Professionals.

Description: This course explores the skills managers and supervisors need to effectively manage a diverse workforce. The point of view of the training is female employees. The course content emphasizes ways to create an overall awareness of the challenges women face in the workplace. Participants will have the opportunity to practice the skills during group activities.

Topics Include:

  • Facts on working women
  • How gender differences impact the workplace
  • How to communicate effectively across gender lines
  • Developing greater cultural competence with female employees
