| Description: This course is designed to provide managers, supervisors and HR professionals with information that should be considered as agencies and universities look at recruitment and retention for the next generation. The course will explore the differences that each generation brings to the workplace and will provide some realistic solutions to the challenges that may be faced as these differences are managed. Participants will have an opportunity to utilize the skills in case studies and role-plays. |
